There are two main international airports in Tokyo are Narita and Haneda. Haneda is closer to the meeting place than Narita.
The area where the workshop is held (Nihonbashi) can easily be joined from both airports by trains, buses or taxis. For accomodation, you can use your usual booking website: Booking, airbnb, or any other. Tokyo is very safe, and you can walk or use the metro and/or JR lines (two different systems) to move inside Tokyo. The best is to buy a PASMO or a SUICA card (in French), and you can add money in any stations. Please note, that the cost varies, even inside Tokyo, depending on where your board and where you stop.
