There are two main international airports in Tokyo are
Narita and Haneda. Haneda is closer to the meeting place than Narita.
The area where the workshop is held (
Nihonbashi) can easily be joined from both airports by trains, buses or taxis.
For accomodation, you can use your usual booking website:
Booking, airbnb, or any other. Tokyo is very safe, and you can walk or use the metro and/or JR lines (two different systems) to move inside Tokyo. The best is to buy a
PASMO or a SUICA card (in French), and you can add money in any stations. Please note, that the cost varies, even inside Tokyo, depending on where your board and where you stop.
